Introduction to Formal Semantics (Part I)
In this course we will give students a basic introduction to the tools of formal semantics and how they are important for the understanding of natural language. It will run for 2 weeks. The first week will be taught by Gillian Ramchand, the second week by Patrick Elliot.
We will use the new draft text book Formal Semantics Boot Camp by Elizabeth Coppock and Lucas Champollion downloadable here.
